Wine Fuchsia is a hybrid rhododendron with deep burgundy blossoms and black accents. It is generally a midseason bloomer that can reach 5' tall x 5' wide at maturity. It is generally very hard to find commercially as there is very limited propagation. We are excited to be able to offer this special plant when we can keep it in stock.
We hope to have bloom photos available soon. Like most rhododendrons, you will want to place it in full sun to partial shade, and be sure to give it well-draining (preferably) acidic soil. Hardy to -5°F when protected from windchill.
