Shipping and Guarantee

Our goal is to keep it simple.

We ship across the U.S. and we use UPS ground shipping as the default selection. When you check out, you will be able to choose your preferred shipping option and the price will be calculated for you. We are shipping you living items(s), so if it's warm out, or if you are currently in a warm climate, we strongly suggest you choose 3-day shipping or shorter. 

Immediately upon receiving your plant(s), please carefully unpack and water thoroughly. It is best to give your new plants lots of love and attention during their first year. 

We ship at least once a week and sometimes more frequently depending on the time of year. You can calculate your shipping time starting from the Monday after you place your order, as that is our current and most common shipping day. Note that we do offer an option for easy package tracking and shipping insurance when you check out, which is provided by Route. We recommend this extra protection as it is only a fraction of the basket price and provides additional piece of mind for you. 

We guarantee the quality of our plants, and we put lots of care into our packing process. All plants are sent to you in a healthy state. However, there are many factors that can impact plant happiness after it leaves us, which are beyond our control. While we cannot provide a guarantee for such issues and after you take over care of the plant, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns. 

If there is a problem with your plant or package upon arrival, please email us right away and provide pictures. If we made a mistake, we will do our best to make it right. If the damage was caused during shipping, we will work with you to get a file claimed with UPS. Note that if you opted in for the recommended Route insurance option, you can more easily file a claim for resolution with them.
