The deepest of red blooms of this exceptional deciduous azalea are remarkable. Blooms generally start appearing in May or June, depending on growing conditions. This plant has a nice rounded growth habit and reaches around 5' tall at maturity. This azalea can handle full sun and also filtering shade. Cold hardy to -10°F when protected against windchill.
