Behold the fiery red blossoms of the Vulcan trusses, which are dome-shaped and hold about 10 flowers each. This bright hybrid rhododendron with 4" to 5" dark green leaves can grow to 5 ft at maturity. Vulcan is hardy to -15°F when protected from windchill. It does well in full sun to partial shade and is a late midseason bloomer.
