Virginia Richards is a hybrid rhododendron with long lasting and large funnel shaped flowers that can reach over 4 inches across. Starting with rosy-pink buds that open with white tones, then aging to reveal apricot and eventually yellow hues with a light freckle pattern on the dorsal lobe. The ball-shaped trusses of this plant have 10-12 blossoms.
