Van

The simple name of this hybrid rhododendron doesn't unpack the complexity of pink that pops from the lovely trusses of Van. Each flower boasts richly pink tones with a reddish freckle pattern on the dorsal. Each truss can have 13-15 blossoms that are 4 1/2" across. 

Van can grow to 5' tall at maturity. It is hardy to -5°F when protected from windchill. Give full sun to partial shade and watch for blooms late-midseason.
