Vaccinium moupinense 'Himalayan Blueberry'

$29

These lovely little evergreen shrubs feature bright green foliage that develops seasonal red hues, providing appealing texture and color for gardens year-round. White flowers emerge in spring, followed by tart, edible berries in summer. We especially like this plant for accents in small garden spaces.

Vaccinium moupinense has an attractive, dense, mounding growth habit that reaches approximately 2' tall x 2' wide at maturity. Its slow growth makes maintaining a desired size and shape easy. Plant in well-draining soil with full sun to partial shade. Native to high elevations, this hardy little shrub can tolerate temperatures to approximately -15°F when protected from windchill.
