Stachys Helen Von Stein (Lamb's Ear)

This large-leafed Lamb's Ear is luxuriously soft and velvety. The nicely textured silvery-green foliage adds unique character as ground cover, edging, planters, and mass planting. This upright perennial does best in full to mostly sunny conditions. 

Stachys Helen Von Stein is easy to grow, and is both deer and rabbit resistant. They grow to about 1' tall x 15" wide, and should be planted around 18" apart in well-draining soil. We do not recommend pruning, but deadheading before going to seed can help keep foliage vibrant. Hardy to -25°F when protected from windchill.
