Spiraea Anthony Waterer

This deciduous shrub has domed sprays of rosy-pink blossoms and grows in an attractive compact and broadly mounded growth habit. We love the varying colors the foliage shows as it changes across seasons. Great character and requires very little pruning.

Anthony Waterer grows to about 2-3 feet tall and 3-4 feet wide. It loves sun and well-draining soil. This plant is very versatile and can be grown on slopes, and banks, as well as for borders. Butterflies love this shrub and it is remarkably resilient to disease, pests and deer. Hardy to -25°F when protected from wind chill and blooms in summer.
