There are very few rhododendrons where we talk about the foliage as the premier feature of the plant, but Silver Bear is all about the incredible bright indumentum on the top of the leaves. The undersides feature a more copper tone indumentum. Truly an incredible plant with very limited stock. The blossoms are a lovely white that open up from pink blossoms and are accented with yellow stigma. We hope to have more pictures with blooms soon. A dwarf plant that can reach 3' tall, plant in partial shade to full sun and anticipate blooms usually around May.
