Uniquely beautiful Shiryu-no-homare has vibrant purple-pink flowers with pointy petals and exceptional character. This azalea's evergreen foliage has an elongated shape that can curl as it ages. It is a dwarf cultivar that is also excellent for bonsai.
Shiryu-no-homare has an even growth habit that reaches 3' tall x 3' wide at maturity if not pruned. Plant it in full sun to partial shade and in well-draining soil. Hardy to 5°F when protected from windchill.
