Salvia nemorosa 'Rose Marvel' (Sage)

The vibrant rose-colored blossoms and deep purple calyces of the lovely perennial create stunning eye appeal and texture to gardens and landscapes. Rose Marvel is easy to grow, drought tolerant once established, and deer resistant. Its upright growth habit generally reaches around 1' tall x 1' wide. This plant likes full sun but can tolerate a little shade (afternoon shade in hot climates is best).

You will definitely want to make sure that it is planted in well-draining soil, especially to help it get established. Removing spent flower spikes can stimulate new blooms. Cold hardy to -25°F when protected from windchill.
