This adorable little evergreen shrub has silvery blue-grey foliage with a distinct geometric shape that adds texture and character to any garden. It only grows to about 1' tall but can spread to 2' wide, making it a great choice for ground cover, mass planting, planter growing, borders, coastal and cutting gardens. Pruning just below each flower spike in July can help keep a fuller, more attractive form.

Quicksilver can bloom with purple flowers in summer. Full sun is best but it can take some shade, and some afternoon shade is best in hotter climates. It is very easy to grow. Hardy to 10°F when protected from windchill.
