Purple Lace rhododendron boasts large trusses of very frilly purple flowers with pale centers. Its trusses are bountiful and have an attractive ball shape. Blooming can occur April-June, depending on growing conditions. Our bloom photos were taken at the end of April.
Purple Lace grows to around 5' tall x 5' wide at maturity. Place in full sun to partial shade. It is hardy to -5°F when protected from windchill.
