Penstemon Apple Blossom

$26

Lovely pink blossoms with white throats make this penstemon quite popular. Each plant grows to around 2' tall and 18" wide and is hardy to 5°F when protected from windchill. This plant prefers well-draining soil and can handle full sun. Hummingbirds and butterflies both love these blossoms, which can bloom late spring and into fall.

This penstemon is drought tolerant once established, and resistant to disease, deer and rabbits. We recommend deadheading after blooms are spent, and trimming the plant back at the beginning of spring to promote healthy growth.
