Miscanthus 'Morning Light' (Maiden Grass)

This tall-growing grass can reach 6' in height and has slender variegated creamy-green blades. It grows in a nice clump form and can be a great accent or linear cluster. A nice choice for adding texture in winterscapes. It has showy reddish blooms that provide loads of character in late summer. Morning Light does require watering, usually weekly and possibly more during summer heat. With proper care, it can do well in full sun. Hardy to -20° F when protected from windchill. 

Our 1 gallon grasses are rooted, fertilized and ready to burst with new growth. Some grasses grow very tall and change in size rapidly across seasons. If you order a grass that is very tall at the time, we will trim it as needed for shipping.
