Lithodora diffusa - 'Grace Ward' (Gromwell)

$27

Grace Ward is a vibrant shrub with excellent dark evergreen foliage. Its deep blue star-shaped blooms adorn this plant in spring and summer, making it a spectacle in any garden or landscape. This Lithodora has a very nice low and spreading growth habit, making it an especially great ground cover. It is also great for coastal growing, urban gardens, rock gardens, beds, borders, and container growing. It is no surprise that Grace Award is a winner of the prestigious Award of Garden Merit of the Royal Horticultural Society.

Grace Ward is deer resistant, and virtually disease and pest free. You will want to plant theres in well-draining soil. They do best with full sun in cooler climates, but some afternoon shade can be beneficial in hotter climates. It grows up to 1' tall x 3' wide depending on growing conditions. We recommend trimming it back after flowering. Hardy to -10°F when protected from windchill.
