Koromo Shikibu (aka 'Koromo-shikibu')

Koromo Shikibu is a dwarf azalea exceptional blooms. This plant is an eye-catcher with unique and beautiful light purple flowers, which adorn attractive evergreen foliage. It has an upright growth habit, and it is loved by butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. 

Koromo Shikibu requires well-draining soil, and does well in sun with some shade. We recommend afternoon shade for warmer climates. That said, this plant is known to be heat and humidity tolerant. It grows to 4' tall at maturity, and is hardy to -10°F when protected against windchill.
