Darley Dale is a splendid winter heath that brings vibrant blooms to gardens and landscapes while other plants are dormant. Also known as Mediterranean Pink, this great shrub boasts its prolific rose-pink flowers with hints of lavender from around November thru April, depending on growing conditions. Our bloom photos were taken at the nursery at the end of January. 

This excellent plant is easy to grow and makes for great ground cover, growing up to 2' tall x 3' wide. It is also great for rock gardens, slopes, beds, borders, container growing and coastal gardens. Place this excellent deer resistant heath in well-draining soil and a location with plenty of sun, and you can have a spectacular winter display of blossoms. Hardy to -10°F when protected from windchill.
