Daphne x burkwoodii 'Briggs Moonlight'

$42

This exceptional Daphne has beautiful variegated foliage with pale pinkish-white, fragrant flowers. Its fantastic growth habit and spectacular leaves make this a stunning specimen in any garden. Briggs Moonlight is a spring bloomer, though bloom timing can vary with growing conditions.

We recommend limited pruning for this plant except for any dieback, as it generally does not respond favorably to heavy pruning. Fortunately, its natural growth habit and shape are excellent. This slower-growing shrub reaches around 3' tall x 3' wide at maturity.

You will want to place Briggs Moonlight in well-draining soil, and it can perform well in clay provided the drainage is good. Full sun to partial shade is appropriate, with morning sun and afternoon shade providing ideal exposure conditions, especially in warmer climates. Hardy to -15°F when protected from windchill.
