Cranberry Lace
$36
Cranberry Lace is very nice rhododendron hybridized by Frank Fujioka in Washington state. Each blossom features frilly purple-red hues with light edges that open to a pale center and deep crimson throat. It is considered a midseason bloomer (or bloom photos were taken in late April). The rounded full trusses are showstoppers.
These beautiful plants grow to around 4' tall at maturity and have a dense but spreading growth habit. Cranberry Lace likes full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil. Cold hardy to 10°F when protected from windchill.
