Capistrano has medium to light yellow flowers, giving it a lovely frilled look. Take a closer look at the purple anthers that stand out and draw attention to these beautiful blossoms. The foliage is hardy to -15°F when protected against windchill and supports an appealing contrast and makes the dome-shaped trusses stand out. Grow in partial to full sun and expect blooms late mid-season. This hybrid rhododendron can eventually grow to about 4' tall.
