The attractive white buds of Verenka Heather come out in summer and last well into fall and sometimes early winter. They do not fully open, and maintain the unique texture and color for a long season. Hardy to -15°F when protected from windchill, this great evergreen shrub commonly grows to around 2' tall and 2' wide.

Verenka Heather prefers full sun and is great for bees. This easy to grow Calluna is a good choice for small areas, container growing, rock gardens, ground cover and mass growing. Be sure to give it well-draining soil and let dry between waterings.
