Bluebird (aka Blue Bird)

Bluebird is a fantastic dwarf rhododendron with blue blossoms, which can sometimes have a slight violet hue. However, this is one of the truest blue rhododendrons that we typically recommend for the lovers of blue.

Hybridized from the species augustinii (which we usually have available and encourage you to check out), this plant usually blooms around April and does well in partial shade to full sun. Hardy to 0°F when protected from windchill. Bluebird grows to about 3' tall at maturity.
