Black-Eyed Susan - Rudbeckia fulgida 'Goldstrum'

Rudbecka fulgida is an excellent perennial with striking golden-yellow flowers that bloom through summer and fall, depending on growing conditions. These showy plants are versatile and great for borders, slopes, meadows, beds, container growing, cut floral arrangements, and mass planting. Butterflies really like these beauties, and birds often feed on their seeds. 

Low maintenance and easy to grow, they are Deer and rabbit resistant, and drought tolerant once established. They can grow in full sun to partial shade, and you will want to root them in well-draining soil. These Black-Eyed Susans grow up to 3' tall x 2' wide. They are hardy to -25°F when protected against windchill.
