Old Coper is a medium-sized rhododendron that shows off lovely trusses of orange flowers. Blooms are accented with a slight pink toward the edges of the petals, as well as a slight freckled pattern on its dorsal.
This bright-colored hybrid can take full sun with partial shade and blooms later in the season. Old Copper can grow to about 5' in height at maturity. It is hardy to -5°F when protected from windchill.
